Settings

The Settings button at the top of the Devices screen contains inventory management preferences.

Auto-Remove Inactive Devices

When enabled, the system automatically removes devices that have been offline longer than the threshold you define, keeping your device list accurate without manual cleanup.

FieldDescription
Auto-remove inactive devicesEnables or disables automatic removal
Inactivity PeriodThe offline duration after which a device is removed. Can be set in hours or days
Last CleanupThe timestamp of the most recent automated removal run

The system checks for inactive devices every 3 hours. Any device that has exceeded the inactivity period at the time of a check is removed automatically. As with manual deletion, removed devices appear in logs and reports as Deleted Device (ID: {id}).
