Improve user 2FA app registration workflow Completed

For users to configure app based 2FA they must be sent a registration email from an admin via a link in the sign-in policy which has the 2FA app requirement.  This is not a very sustainable approach for administrators to keep track of when new users are added in the future.

This could be improved by monitoring and automatically triggering the app based 2FA registration email if a user may fall under any sign-in policy which has an app based 2FA condition (more proactive), or by sending them to their account page to configure app based 2FA when the sign-in policy triggers that requirement (less proactive).

    This has been resolved with Adaptive ZTNA. If an Adaptive Policy requires MFA, users are now automatically prompted to set up their 2FA via a modal and then returned to the app to log in. Admins can also customize the prompt message.
