If allowed to manually disconnect then auto reconnect after X time.
Request: If user is allowed to click the Disconnect button, require agent to reconnect after X time.
Issue: We need to be able to disconnect for troubleshooting, etc. and have the disconnect button turned on. However, we would like for this to reconnect after 30 min so we don't have to rely on folks remembering to.

I think we should have ability to controls given to Admin from the dashboard to connect and disconnect for diagnostic purpose.

Agreed! IF a Disco Req. is either allowed / approved, and auto-reconnect after a default value (and allow custom interval) would be a great thing. Since we rely on this for Web Content Controls and Geo-IP destinations, this would be greatly appreciated.
