Make the timeout on the customer's portal configurable.
Please make it possible to configure ALL of the Timus portals so that they do not randomly timeout.
I know I can set the MSP console for up to 60 minutes (This is not long enough) but those settings do not carry through to the customers portal. Frequently the customer's portals will log me out mid-transaction. With the MSP console timeout set to 60 minutes, it is sometimes possible to close the window I am working in switch back to the MSP console click on the Management portal button and then select the tenant again without logging back in. This makes it difficult to work in the Timus consoles for any length of time. It is a lot of clicking around just get work done.
The old flow before you introduced the Management portal was much more efficient and did not require me to log back in all of the time.

Oh my, YES! ย These portal timeouts are WAY too short and not configurable. ย I don't understand how having them time out after only a few minutes improves security.
Particularly the partner portal timeout seems way too short. Another vote!
Please allow us to set the Partner portal timeout ourselves.
