Allow dynamic routing on site-to-site tunnels

We'd like to be able to route between TImus and on-prem networks via BGP or OSPF for environments that support it.  This would work great with the feature request to allow “routed tunnels”.  (https://support.timusnetworks.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/35807880739475-Support-for-Routed-Tunnels?input_string=Allow%20dynamic%20routing%20on%20site-to-site%20tunnels)
