Custom ports per firewall rule

There needs to be a way to allow custom ports to URLs on a per rule level. Custom HTTP ports exist but are applied as a whole group. For example, we could need to allow SSH to some URLs, or a custom 9810 port to some other URLs, but not both ports on both URLs.
