MSP NFR test account for each client Completed
For setup and ongoing troubleshooting, it would be ideal to have a single MSP-assigned account for each client to use for testing. We maintain unlicensed Entra accounts for administration and have been assigning them to Timus client environments. However, that consumes a license and we don't think it's fair to clients to have to pay for an additional license just for support purposes.
