Tunnel/Agent Config by Tag (allow tags for ALL configs preferably) Completed

I appreciate the tagging capabilities; however some configs only allow targeting by user/team. I would really like to be able to do EVERYTHING by tag since we pull in users from Entra and could tag/apply configs by Security Group which are brought in as tags.
