Team assignments within Timus for Entra-synced users Completed
I would like the ability to assign teams within Timus for Entra-synced users. This is specifically due to client set-ups that have different team structures and groups within Entra than that of which we would like to report on within Timus.

Kyle Merritt Happy to share that this is now available. You can edit team assignments for IdP-synced users directly in Manager Portal. On the Users screen, click Edit on the user you'd like to update and assign them to the team of your choice. This way your Timus team structure can differ from your Entra groups as needed.

When we sync our own MSP (majority of techy nerds that go onsite to troubleshoot BUT we do have plenty of non-technical people that may not need “nerd knobs”), we need differentiation. I also see this for customers too. NOT all Users are power users that need RFC 1918 networks always excluded, BUT our nerds do, when they go onsite so that client routing paths are adhered to. Right now, I have to split all RFC 1918 networks so that our techs (140+) can t-shoot client routing, etc. since there's only ONE TEAM per user WHEN you sync to Entra. Boo. I want to be able to assign Tunnel Configurations to different “types” of end users. Right now, you can only assign to Team or individual user. Since we sync to Entra, all users get wide split tunneling configuration = 😤📛
