Better Exportable Reports
We are using Timus with Banking clients and they expect to be able to get reports that they can export and show at board meetings and/or to auditors however current report exports are very basic with almost no information. It would be great to be able to export some of the data that is already available in the portal into clean looking PDFs or maybe at least the ability to have more CSV file exports.
E.g. a report showing a user's active time or a report showing a users productivity. As well as “all user” reports with the same data.

I agree with this, I have a company wanting to use Timus strictly for the productivity and reports. For this to be helpful though the ports need to be able to be exported via PDF cleanly and also scheduled so you can say “Every Monday, email me a report of ”Bobs activity"
In addition to that in the productivity reports we need to be able to specify websites and domains as productive or non productive and then the report can break it down even more instead o fjust lumping it all into the web category.
I second this, having better reporting capabilities is a must!
I also agree. Tracking is useful but the export does not provide exportable details such as URLs and applications with time stamps showing idle time; outlook stays open all day, browser tabs the same, and I have a client who wants to uncover dead time, by employees, along with wasted time on non-business related web searches or applications (facebook, solitaire etc.)
