Duo SAML and SCIM

I've been able to successfully configure the generic SAML integration through Duo (https://duo.com/docs/sso-generic)
It would be great to have a named integration and official support for this feature.
We would love to have full SCIM availability as well (https://duo.com/docs/automated-provisioning)
