PSA Integration - Notification via PSA Ticket [Autotask] Planned
Everything - and I mean everything that we work with (that is actionable) is sent through our PSA (which happens to be Autotask).
I'm going to have to manually configure each client to flow notifications to an email address (and gateway into autotask) to get them into the system. It would be better if Timus said “hey - this thing happened / needs attention”, and managed things that way from a partner API integration.
If it integrated, it could also pull the clients out of Autotask - which new client - that one…
Your PSA - not just billing…

Thanks for the input! Happy to share that ticketing capabilities for our Autotask integration have been accepted onto our roadmap and are planned for development this year. The goal is to have Timus surface actionable events directly into Autotask. We'll share more details on this thread as the scope firms up.
Does this roadmap include CW PSA Ticketing integration? Or does that need to be a separate feature request Eray Dogan ?
