Automated User Seat Expiration Planned
Iād like to request a feature to automate license management by automatically removing inactive users from occupied seats.
The Request
Implement a setting to automatically remove the used license seat if a user is inactive for a specified period (e.g., 30 days)
If a removed user authenticates later, they should automatically consume an available seat again.
Why it Matters
This would eliminate manual seat auditing, optimize licensing costs, and ensure that hybrid users who work remotely once a year don't consume a license all year.
