Gateway internal IP randomization

Hi, it seems that every gateway starts off with the same subnet, 192.168.249.0/24.

I'm asking for this to be randomized and to ensure these internal subnets aren't duplicated. It would make setup a lot easier. If you forget to change this to something not overlapping with another gateway when setting up IPSec tunnels, it makes for a bad time as you have to boot everyone off the gateway to fix it.
