The Timus Networks Partner Portal serves as the primary business and administrative dashboard for your overall partnership. Within the Partner Portal, MSPs can manage high-level account details, licensing, and billing integrations.

To perform day-to-day technical client management, MSPs utilize the Manager Portal (manage.timusnetworks.com), which is a linked secondary instance.

Within the Manager Portal, partner customer admins can add, remove, and manage all client tenants, configure network policies, set up gateways, and handle technical configurations.
